We are excited to welcome new Bar Team Members to The Centurion. No prior experience is needed—we’ll provide all the training and support you need. We value team collaboration and are looking for individuals who enjoy working together and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

• Greet every guest in a way that feels comfortable for you and helps them feel welcome. 
• Follow clear steps to prepare and serve our high-quality food and drinks. 
• Share recommendations when it feels appropriate to create a positive experience for guests. 
• Help maintain a clean and safe space for everyone to enjoy.

At Social Pub and Kitchen, we pride ourselves on being individually crafted and hero great experiences at any time of the day or night. We tailor to our diverse range of guests, and our teams create the perfect place to socialise with friends, whether that be for Bottomless Brunch, sport or to join us for a great night out. Each venue is different and has its own unique identity, and this is something we celebrate in our teams too. We need our team to engage confidently with our guests, have a passion for great beer, cocktails, and sport. If its live it’s on, and we are the place to watch it. The Centurion is the home of quality craft beer and cider, great cocktails, and perfect pizzas in Colchester. We have it all, from being THE place for sport in the city, our Thursday night Karaoke, to the best weekly quizzes. You'll find it all here mixed in with some of the greatest value food and drink offers all week long for our guests.
