The Earl of Camden is located in the heart of Camden, one of London’s most vibrant and energetic neighbourhoods, known for its music heritage, alternative culture and thriving hospitality scene. Set just off Camden High Street, the area benefits from constant footfall from locals, commuters and tourists throughout the week, under-pinned by excellent transport links via Camden Town and Chalk Farm stations. The area has a strong evening economy, with live music venues, bars and late‑night trade creating a lively atmosphere seven days a week.

The Earl of Camden is a well‑known, high‑energy pub with a strong reputation as the best sports venue in Camden. This is a one‑bar operation with Sky Sports and multiple screens, successfully driving a varied events calendar including brunches, live sport and DJ‑led Friday nights. The pub attracts a broad mix of locals, regulars, tourists and sports fans, creating a fast‑paced, exciting trading environment. With a large, passionate team at its core, the Earl of Camden is all about pace, personality and delivering great guest experiences, making it a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in a high‑volume, high‑energy setting.

A Little Bit About You... 

We’re looking for a strong, commercially minded General Manager who can drive sales, lead from the front and deliver consistently high standards. You’ll have a natural focus on performance, confidently spotting opportunities to grow the business while keeping the operation running smoothly and efficiently.

You’ll also be someone who genuinely cares and driven by the guest experience, understanding that great service, attention to detail and consistency are what keep people coming back. By creating a welcoming environment for both guests and teams, you’ll play a key role in building loyalty, maintaining our reputation and creating a place where people feel valued and enjoy spending their time.
