From brunches through to DJ‑led Friday nights, it attracts a diverse crowd and delivers a lively, fast‑paced trading environment every day of the week. A Little Bit About You... 

You’re a commercially sharp General Manager who knows how to drive sales while keeping standards high. You lead from the front, thrive in busy environments and have a natural instinct for spotting opportunities to grow the business without losing control of the detail.

Just as importantly, you genuinely care about the guest experience. You understand that great pubs are built on consistency, energy and a warm welcome, and you create an environment where both guests and your team feel valued. You’ll bring people with you, build loyalty and ensure the Earl of Camden continues to be a place people choose to visit time and again.
